Power supply for Athlon 1200 > Need help!

Hi. I have compiled parts for my first ever AMD rig but have yet to buy a power supply because I'm a little cofused. I would like to buy a 450 Watt power supply, but the one I want says it's is "PIV ready" (has proper ATX connectors etc). Does this mean it's NOT meant for my Athlon? Won't any good 350+ watt power supply be good enough as long as it has 2 fans on it? Please help!!!

Go for the 450w, and you won't have to buy another one for a couple of upgrades at least.
A 350w will do well.

Enermax 365 or 465 dual-fan would be a great choice. I have the 465. Athlon approved and quiet.
