I have a mother board - h61m-vs4 processor- i5 3470s 2gb amd radeon 5450 ram 8gb kingston 1600 mhz hyper x (two)

Depending on your budget, a Corsair CX450 would be more than enough power for this system, and the quality is also good. If you want a cheap power supply that only gets the job done, and you don't plan on ever upgrading this system, then a Corsair VS450 is also fine.
