If that's all you ever use, a high quality 350W should be enough. But if you plan to OC and eventually get a faster card that takes advantage of the i5-8400, I'd be looking at a high quality 600W.

^That's about it. A 380W Antec Earthwatts or 450W Corsair CX (or CXM) at the low end would suffice. At the high end, I would probably choose a 650W Seasonic Focus+.

The i5-8400 is locked. The only Intel CPUs that can be overclocked are the "K" series CPUs (not counting a couple of special Pentium models and the very limited BCLK overclocking that might be done).

i have i5-7400 and 1050ti windforce, currently using cx850m but you will be ok with cx450m. 450w modular psu will save you a lot of cable management and clean and good looking cabling, in addition to a bit of gain for an upgrade in the future like a gtx 1060, maybe but not recommended more powerful one.
