power supply for mainboard ms-7050 ver:2.0 socket 939?

ms-7050 ver:2.0 socket 939 amd athlon64 x2 3800
Was built into a HP dx5150 computer.
Can an atx power supply 300w power this mainboard?

Thank you. I have overseen something. Maybe you can answer me. I have used this 20 pins power supply: Euer power model cwt-300atx-a300wmax. At the top right on the data sticker on the power supply it says atx 2.01. I used it on a mainboard, that says the power connector must be atxpwr1, it has 20pins.
I have counted the pins on ms - 7050 ver 2.0 socket 939, and the number is 24pins. I have read https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX_power_supply#Interchanging_PSUs I cannot determine whether I can use the power supply on the ms 7050 mainboard? And if I can, what do I do with the 4 more pins on the ms 7050? I cannot test it, because I will not obtain the ms 7050 until I know, it can be connected to the power supply.
