Power Supply for my build?

Hi there, I am building a budget PC with the following specs:

i3 6100
GTX 770 (Used)
8GB DDR4 2133 RAM
E.T.C

I am assuming that I will need a power supply from 550-650W.

Which is the best psu for under 135 nzd - 80ish USD. (Preferably Modular and NEEDS clean black cables, not ugly multicoloured vomit.)

You might be able to get a Seasonic M12ii EVO, or a Seasonic G Series 550. Or, if you can, an EVGA 550 G2 or GS. Or a Corsair RM550x.

I was contemplating an m12ii 620 but the exposed ends of the cables are multicoloured and bad looking. However, is this the case for all budget psu's?
