Power Supply for my build

I want a reliable power supply for the following parts:

i7-3770k
Gigabyte z77-D3H
Samsung 840 pro -256gb
corsair vengence
Corsair Carbide Series 400R

EVGA 01G-P4-2650-KR GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

I've heard seasonic is a good brand, what size should I get? I'm going to get the essential parts first and the video card when I save another $100 so I need something that works for both loads. Like most I also like to connect a few devices via usb (keyboard, wireless mouse, a kindle, flash drives...Normal stuff) Not sure what power requrements I have.

I'm thinking something in the 450 to 650 W range, but really don't know. This is not something that I want to replace later.

it the 12v plus line that you have to size right. intel ib chip rated for 77w.

round that up to 100w to be safe.
the 650 cards rated for Maximum load: 64W nvidia looks for a 450w ps with a 20amp rail on the 12v. as min spec for there cards,
the cpu and the gpu going to take 200w. the lowest i would go is 500w but that not replacing your gpu or adding another one.
if your thinking of sli or swapping out the gpu with a faster one look into a 750w ps. with a power supply the 50-70 percent load is the sweet spot for power supplys.) any more then 70 percent and under high load they can shut down or ripple out.

Will I be fine for the time being w/o the video card? It seems like this would put my load well below 50% of the PS capacity. Do the other components draw like no power? I thought the mobo was around 100W draw.
I'm planning to go with the SeaSonic M12II 620, but this seems quite large for my needs. Especially without the video card. It might be like a year before I get it unless I can't get dual monitor's to work without it.
