power supply for nvidia gtx750 ti

I have cooler master 500W PSU and i3 4150 processor along with H81M-S1 mobo with pcie 2.0 slot . will be gtx 750ti compatible with these ?

Specs state it requires a 500 watt PSU for the entire system, so it should handle it ok. I might look at a 550-650watt PSU though.
