Power supply graphics card..

I have a doubt about the graphics card " HIS Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3 PCI-E 2.1 " is this card need any straight power from smps ?

smps shows 450w..

What Model Is it? Generally a decent 450W will power that card easily.

I'm thinking it should work, but there are some power supplies out there that are just awful. I've got one in the corner of the room that lists 680W, but does not put out more than 350W.

There is a $10 PSU rated 1000W (What kind of stupidity is that) and it can only put out 200W, and it died just like an hour of 200W usage... Just saying lol...
