Question Power supply has black scorch marks on a particular area, what components are damaged?

So, I found that my TV wouldn't turn on, so naturally I assumed the power supply was broken. So I opened the Tv and found black scorches in one of the areas. So, I feel like I know where the issue is, I'm just wondering, do I need to replace diodes or small capacitors?

That might be the issue or it might be a symptom. Something caused that. It might be internal to the power supply module or it might be somewhere else that is fed by that voltage supply. Without service documentation, it is difficult to impossible to determine.
