Power supply having noise

Hi! My psu seasonic m12 II 80+ bronze is having a strange noise when connected to an ac voltage supply even my computer is off.

And when im playing ark survival the psu fan is creating a loud noise.

Should i return it for warranty. The psu is 11months old. Help i need some opinion.

power supply should not hum or have fan noise. if it under warranty rma it.
