Power Supply help?

I need some advice on what kind of power supply to get and how many watts.
I don't want it to be messy inside, so I think modular is the way to go, but I'm on a budget. What kind of power will I need?
components are:
Asus P8Z77-V LX
Intel i5 3570k (I may OC)
Gskill ripjaws X 8gb 2133MHz
DirectCU II GTX 760
6 120mm case fans (Including CPU cooler)
generic PCI WiFi card
samsung SH-S224 DVD drive
WD Caviar Blue 1tb
3.5 inch USB 3.0 front plate adapter thingy
That's about it..

A quality PSU with 500W will be more than enough. Get something with 80+ efficiency from Corsair / SeaSonic / Zalman / Antex / XFX

Those are really good PSU's but he can get a good 500W a bit cheaper. You see that his build already has all the coolers and fans, so he doesn't need anymore space for new components..
