I tend to like the semi. I mean, any pc you're going to build HAS to have the 24 and 4(8) pin connected anyways, so I see no point in making THAT set of cables modular. they're not exactly optional. and having them hard-wired just means less futzing around with plugs.

so semi for me. modular for all the periphs like drives and graphics cards, but fixed for the board power.
