Power supply help

Okay... You all have helped me with my two other questions and this will be my final question. I have chosen to get the GeForce GTX 750Ti SC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card. My problem is that the card required a 400 or better power supply. My power supply only reaches 300 watts. My question is that what is a cheap power supply and if I should go for a power supply that is above 400 watts or if I should just stick with the exact? I've looked at some 400 watt power supplies and they are from 20-40 dollars, this is within my budget. I can get anything below 50 dollars and if necessary 60. Thank you

Just a addition to my post my current power supply is a LiteOn model number: PS-5301-08HA. Not sure if this is neccessary.
