Can a Sentey Xplus Power Supply 725 Watt (XPP725-HS) fit in my Rosewill FBM-01 MicroATX?

It will fit. But you'll have a lot of cable length to do something with. Not much room in that little case for cable management. Maybe stuff the unused ones above the optical drive if you have one. That type of PSU is designed for bottom mount, so some cables will be a lot longer than necessary for a top mount design like yours.

I own the Rosewill FBM-01. There are two 5.25" drive bays to shove unnecessary cables, though it will get quite crammed in the bays, depending on the number of cables.
