power supply issue

Hello my power supply fan is having an issue my pc works fine while using it for browsing the web as soon as i start a 3D game after 5 minutes of play time my pc crashes so i noticed my psu fan is spinning but slowly i had it checked out nothing is cloging the fan from spining and i can't feel any air flow coming out of the back of the psu so the psu is overheating and crashing my pc

That PSU is a piece of junk, that is your problem.

You need to get a better quality unit and 550W.

Yes i got that a long time ago that doesnt help my issue the fan started spinning slowly without being clogged on anything

Replace the PSU.

That will solve your issue.

NOTHING ELSE WILL.

You are lucky to still have a system and the PSU hasn't cooked it yet.
