Power supply issues?

I've recently upgraded my motherboard/cpu and I am now having problems booting into windows without first going through a rapid rebooting phase in which my computer restarts multiple times before completely powering on. In fact most of the time I have to help it along by pressing the "reset" button on the front as it's booting up for it to completely power on. In a side note I have another problem. When the pc awakes from sleep, it fails to find any graphics drivers until I reboot.
Any help is appreciated

first is it your windows is updated ? second check if you have old windows file than remove that . third try to upgrade your motherboard bios .

Did you reinstall windows after you upgraded or are you trying to use the previous install?

It's the same install though I had to call microsoft and let them know that it nullified the copy of Windows and had to get a new product key.

It is the same install of Windows 10 that I started with but with a new product key.

I have windows updated as much as possible.

I will update my motherboard's bios and come back with the results.

Most likely you will need to do a clean reinstall to get the system running as it should.
