Power supply keeps making buzzing sound under cpu load

It keeps making a very mild buzzing noise, and when under cpu load it gets louder, my psu is x850 seasonic. Is there something wrong with my power supply or cpu?

Does it seem as though the buzzing changes frequency some or is the buzz consistent just increasing in volume? Is the PSU connected to a UPS?
