Question Power supply makes noise

Hi i've GIGABYTE B650P 80 plus bronze and i own it since 11 days only and it makes noise while running PC and the sound is like zzzzzzzzz .. The sound is not loud but I hear it when I approach it

My pc specs is :
GPU : RTX 2060 MSI gaming Z

CPU : Intel core i5-9400f

RAM : 8GB Fury hyper x 2666 ddr4

Motherboard : gigabyte b360 hd3 rev 1.0

Hard drive 500 GB , 350GB

CASE : cooler master mb 520

PSU : GIGABYTE B650P 80 plus bronze

is that noise natural ? is the PSU damaged ?

just checked my brother's pc and his psu has the same sound and he has that pc since 2 years, maybe it's normal

+ the noise is constant , it doesn't get louder during workload
