[SOLVED] Power supply making electrical noise

My pc was having an old psu that's not working anymore i bought a new one with these caracteristics :

Model : MTEC 600P4

-VOLTAGE : 110/220V
-CURRENT : 8/4A
-FREQUENCY : 50-60Hz



MAX DC OUTPUT :
+3.3V - 12 A
+12V - 14 A
-12V - 0.5A
+5V - 19A
+5VSB - 2A

My cpu : Q6600 quad core
My gpu : AMD Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5

I connected everything together my pc started everything looks fine but the second i launch a game on the psu make a loud noise like an electrical noise and that freaks me out

Please if anyone knows the source of this problem help me out.

That's called , disconnect the PSU before components are harmed.

You need a new better quality PSU than that.

And it's only 180W.
