Power Supply Modulation

I'm planning a build for later this June ( http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=14662529 ) and i'm wondering whether to go for the seasonic 620w M12II ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-Power%20Supplies-_-SeaSonic%20USA-_-17151095&AID=10440897&PID=3938566&SID= ) or the cheaper S12II ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096&Tpk=seasonic%20S12II%20620w ) as far as i can tell the only difference is The M12II haspower modulation and my question is what difference does that actually make?

The difference between the S12II and M12II series of PSUs is that the M12II series has modular cabling and the S12II does not. Modular cabling simply means that unused cables can be removed/stored separately to reduce cable clutter inside your case. The 520W version (modular or nont) is sufficient for your build and has sufficient reserve power to support overclocking the CPU/GPU. If you intend on doing a CF with your 7850, then the 620W models are more appropriate.
