[SOLVED] Power supply not recognizing motherboard

I'm making my first pc and my power supply is not booting for my motherboard. It's the ASRock b450 pro 4 and a EVGA 500w power supply. Pc part picker has no compatibility issues and I did the paperclip thing so I know the power supply is fine. Any advice?
