I have this power supply Antec EA 650
I bought it two years ago and it is working great.
I was thinking to upgrade my computer in the next days (waiting to see if i can catch good deals on Black Friday) to this:
Intel Xeon 3.3 e3-1230v2
ASRock Z77 Pro4
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB
MSI R9 270X GAMING 2G Radeon R9 270X
WD 1GB Blue
But some ppl in this forum told me to go for an i5 and better graphic card like a 280x....
From what i read the 270x will be ok with my PS but it will not be enough for a 280x because of watts and 12v (in this version of ea650 +12V1@22A, +12V2@22A, +12V3@25A)
should i get a new power supply or mine will be ok???
if there s only one video card 12v1 will be 22a or i should add v1+v2+v3 and make 12v69a???
Also i might go for i7-3770 instead i5 or xeon....
thanks in advance!
