Power Supply or Motherboard or Case Issue??!?!?!

I recently bought a NZXT Phantom Full Tower and a Thermaltake 600w Power Supply. I transported my entire system from my old thermal master case into the NZXT Phantom using the new power supply as well (upgraded from a 500w). My motherboard is an Asus M5a78L-M LX Plus. All parts worked fine in the old case but I am upgrading step by step and wanted to move everything into the new one, HERE IS THE PROBLEM.

When I plug the power into the wall and flip the switch the processor fan turns on, the motherboard light signifies that it is getting power, but then after a few seconds everything shuts off again. The large case fans are not turning on at all. I believe the problem is in the very small 2 prong case cables. The quirk in the issue is, when I just tap the POWER SW cable to it's complementary prongs on the motherboard, the rig powers up and stays powered up but the motherboard gives me a short beep then a pause then another short beep. If I plug the POWER SW in all the way, I get no beeps and the rig powers up but then shuts down on it's own again. I've tried all the simple fixes. I have no idea what to do, can someone help me out please? I can't get the damn thing to turn on and stay on.

Also note, this is a gaming case that has fan control nobs, so all the fans are connected to the case itself and gain power that way I believe

no i will try that now. also, there is a cable coming from the case itself that is blue and does not look like it has any specific spot to plug into the motherboard? does anyone know what that is?

i've isolated the power issue to the ATX12V port. When I plug in every cable except the PCU 4 prong power supply the rig turns on and runs and actually stays running (Mind you without processor power hence no processor) but when I plug in the power supply to the 4 prong PCU ATX12v port the rig turns on for a split second and then shuts down.
