Question Power supply passed the paperclip test but when I plug it in it doesn't work

The power supply works fine during the test but it doesn't power on when plugged in. I have tested in on two motherboards of the same model. The power supply seemed to work a week or two when I first got it a few weeks ago. My PC seemed to boot loop because of the ram but now nothing comes on at all.

When I plugged in the 24 connector lights on the tower and fans came on for a 1/4 of a sec on the new mobo when it was half plugged in.

I'm using a b450m pro-4 mobo
seasonic SSR-650RM PSU

Any help figuring if the mobos or the PSU are faulty would be greatly appreciated.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

change mobo? check for bend cpu pin?

I changed the mobos out. I'm pretty sure its the PSU you but i'n new to this so not sure.

We need to know the full systems specs(cpu, ram, gpu, etc) to help troubleshoot.
