If you only have the 3 parts, then there's nothing to boot.
At a minimum, you need a (compatible) CPU and RAM.
If you're aiming for a 2200G, you'll very likely need a BIOS update too.

I see you did not read the manual where it says not to connect a power source to the motherboard before installing components. Electricity build up in the motherboard capacitors could damage CPU and RAM.
By the way, the Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H motherboard needs a BIOS update before you install a Ryzen 3 2200G.
I have purchased it form Amazon, Newegg and Microcenter and none had a BIOS compatible with Ryzen 3 2200G even though they sell them as a bundle.
