I want to buy zotac 1050 ti 4gb graphics card

I have WME450 cooler master amps its enough or not

Are you referring to the MWE Cooler Master PSU? If so, then I'd suggest getting a more reliable unit. In terms of wattage, you're good, in terms of quality, you're not! What sort of brands do you have access to?

Your system also looks pretty unbalanced. You should be looking at a GTX1070 at the least.
