Power Supply Problem?

So over the past few days my computer will just shutdown without notice and now I am getting just a solid colored screen when I log into a game and I can't close the game or anything it just locks up or shuts down. Am I right suspecting it to be my PSU and not anything else?

PSU: EVGA 500W
HDD: Western Digital 1TB
SSD: 128GB Samsung

I would replace the PSU 1st with a good quality unit.
