Power supply problems, need help

So recently the fan in my power supply broke, its overheating and I figure I'm gunna have to replace, as I doubt it can be fixed. This one I had was a 650w though I'm not sure how much my computer needs. So thats my question. I'm not sure if I trust PC part pickers estimate, so any help would be useful.

I'm wondering if something like a 500w or 550w would be able to support my computer under heavy load, as the graphics card is sometimes overlocked when gaming.

I'd like to spend no more then 70 if possible, the less expensive the better. But I don't wanna compromise on quality.

Alright, the best option is the Seasonic 620, for 55 dollars. It's an amazing psu, great quality.
