Power supply problems

I replaced a motherboard and found that the new one is 24 pin.
Would this cause my video and a few other components not to work?
Should I change the power supply to a newer one?

All will work till you are in the right mindset..

Huh? Itll work fine, as long as your PSU has a 24 pin output or you have a 20 pin to 24 pin adapter itll be fine, motherboard doesnt draw much power at all
