I bought a MSI X370 Titanium Motherboard and a EVGA 650 watt G2 full modular PSU. The motherboard has a 24 pin Motherboard connector, an 8 pin CPU1 pwr connector, a 4 pin CPU2 connector, and a 6 pin PCI e power connector. The EVGA supports mobo, CPU1 and VGA. I've still got to power my 8 Pin GPU. Should I buy the 750 watt G3? It has CPU1 & 2 and it has 4 VGA ports. Would a VGA connection satisfy the PCI e power connector on the motherboard? Please help.

Solution
You don't NEED to plug anything into cpu2 or into the 6 pin pcie socket.

Theyre entirely optional & are more 'gimmick' than practical.
