Power Supply Question..

When a power supply has about 750w and a 12v of 60 or 70 amps does that limit you to one Graphics card if the power req. are say 600w and 42a like the GTX 770. actuallt i think all of the 700 series cards require 600w and 42a PSU. I ask because I am getting a new PSU. But say i get one more gtx 770 that would mean I need a 750w minumum. but waht about the 12 amperage. there are only a few power supplies that have more than 85a on 12v.....Sorry if this does not read well but i do not know too much about power supplies except what i need to know so my PC does not set on fire.
