Power Supply Question

Do you think the SeaSonic 550W 80+ Gold G-550 will be enough for the upcoming 300 series AMD cards ?

Going to buy a new PC soon , I plan on using the onboard for a while before I buy Freesync monitor and 300 series GPU.

I wonder if the SeaSonic 550W 80+ Gold G-550 will be enough (I don't plan on multi-gpu setup in the future)

A 550w is not enough to run high end cards in a sli or crossfire set up. One should be fine though.

Yes if its just a single card it's more than enough. There is a lot of ignorance out there on actual system power consumption. If you look up "Jays2cents power supply" on youtube he has an excellent video showing actual Watt usage in a single GPU system (around 390-410W).
