power supply question

I'm a newbie in computer assembly and I would like to know if a Seasonic S12II 620W 80PLUS Bronze will suffice for my build.

My Sepcs:

asus z97-a, corei5, sapire nitro r9380 4gb with 7 120mm fans.

i will not be overclocking and crossfire in the future.
