Power supply question

If put in a new power supply, how do I know it will fit my computer? Are they a standard size? Standard connection?
I have as Asus CG5270.

Size can differ, typically the width (150mm ) and height ( 86mm ) remain the same, with the depth differing from unit to unit.
Some ATX oem unit's use a nonstandard height of 96mm.
Connector's are typically the same, but can have slight difference's in thier configuration.
