Power Supply Question

Hey everyone, I have an important question to ask about my new build. Will this Power Supply,

Run 8 gigs of ddr3 ram clocked at 1333, a Phenom II x4 840, a 500gb 7200 rpm hdd, and an hd 6850? I know the optical drive won't consume much power, so I didn't include it.

My case is an NZXT Gaurdian 921 rb, here's a link:

It comes with 3 fans, 2 of them with leds, and a temperature module.

You're card needs a minimum off 500watts, so yes that power supply is about perfect for what you want.
