I was wondering, If I have a 620W Power Supply, will that be enough to power an AMD FX-6120, and an Nvidia GTX 560 Ti Fermi?

Yes that's good unless you got that crappy psu for 20$ made with crappy parts. Go with a CX600 from corsair, very good and the price is good too.
