Power supply recommendation?

So I just bought a r9 280x, my 520w it's and insignia from best buy, so I will need an upgrade,
I don't know what should I buy, I found a corsair 750w 80 bronze plus for aroun 100 bucks, and a seasonic 620w 80 bronze plus for around 40, I don't want to spend 100 bucks in a psu, but I don't know if 620 will be enough because the factory says 750w are recommended.

Max power consumption of the gpu while gaming is around 210 watts so the seasonic would be enough.
