So I was planning on upgrading to the RTX 3080. Here is my current system Here is my current system.

I5-9600K with an EVGA AIO Cooler 240mm
16 gigs DDR4 at 2400mhz
Samsung 970 EVO 500g NVME SSD
Samsung 860 EVO 500g SSD
EVGA RTX 2070
Asus Prime B360m-a motherboard
4 case fans
Case is a Cullinan MX so plenty of air flow

My power supply is only 650 watts but it is a good one. It is the seasonic focus gx-650, 80+ gold fully modular. I never overclock or anything like that. I know they recommend 750 watts but I feel like that might be overkill. Will I be ok with my current PSU if I upgrade to the 3080?

Overclocked 9600k = almost 200W@5ghz
3080 = around 350W
Other components =100W to be safe.
This makes peak usage around...

This makes peak usage around 650watts. So i don't think 750W is an overkill. Rather it's probably the safest minimum for overclocked systems.
