Power Supply Selection

I need to select a PSU for my custom budget build. After using various PSU calculators, I am confused about the required PSU rating. Also I don't have plenty of options here in my country while buying a PSU. I can get one of these (Confused about wattage)

1. Corsair VS (550W: ~57$, 660W: ~67$)
2. Corsair CS (550W: ~97$, 660W: 110$)
3. Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold (550W: ~93$)
4. Cooler Master GX2 (550W: ~79$)

My Build:
Asus H97-PLUS
Intel Core-i5 4590
DDR3 8GB
ASUS Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Samsung EVO 850 250GB

Try to find 500w PSU from Tier 1 or 2

I have already seen that list. The problem is that most of them are not available and the rest are way too expensive. The options available here are Corsair (VS, CS, CX, RM, AX: though RM and AX are not affordable) and Cooler Master.

BTW I am from Pakistan

Not much choice. Get a Corsair VS 550 then.

There is a possibility of getting Corsiar GS600 but it is minimal.

They are all tier 3 at best. Except the AX which I guess are too expensive.
