Power Supply Size Issue and Good Case Fans

I'm having trouble picking the right size power supply for this setup also would be interested in some good case fans for the NZXT 410.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Any ATX power supply will work - you have an ATX case. If by "size" you mean wattage 550W and higher will be sufficient. I recommend the XFX TS 550W power supply. Going a bit higher also never hurts if you are doing heavy overclocking. I also recommend you get a Z97 motherboard - Z87 is the older type.

This one is a bit overkill for a single 970(as it can run 2 in SLI), but for $55 you'd be hard pressed to find something better.

Nope it will be just fine. For the motherboard I agree with turkey get a Z97 board heres a couple good options that cost less(and imho are better than the asrock).
