I just updated my BIOS, and I get the anti-surge message when I boot my PC. I have an Enermax PSU and I am really hoping I don't need a new one. Shoud I disable it if it wasn't happening before the BIOS update?

Any assistance is appricated I will respond frequently.

Before the update, I got blue screens sometimes when I first entered the desktop from a system boot. It usually will happen when I try and run a program soon after the desktop is shown. The blue screen displays drivers causing an error. I looked online and people said the best thing to do would be to update your BIOS, as far as I am aware my other components have the latest drivers, apart from the motherboard it still had the release version at this time.

So I update the BIOS are here I am now. I tried CMOS and no luck, I am not experienced in how I can check the voltages, however I will try my best to check for you.

Thanks Blackbird for your help, Asus said to get a new PSU. If you saying it possibly isn't bad then I will do everything you suggest to get my system running again.

Here are my specs if they will help you:
Motherboard: ASUS H97-PRO
CPU: Intel core i5 4690K
PSU: Enermax 650W EIN650AWT
8GB Corsair ram
GPU: STRIX GTX 970

This system is very new and I am hoping the PSU hasn't fired anything or something like that.
