Power supply swap due to video card?

im looking at buying a Asus Essentio CG5270-BP004 with a intel X video card or something but im looking at replacing it with an Asus EAh4890/ 1gb and am wondering in the stock psu (300w) will be able to sustain it, and if not what will? Please help if you can

I prefer Corsair (Seasonic) PSU's but that has a better rebate and the damn Corsair PSU's are as out of stock as the HD 5870 these days.

Also wondering if ill need to add a fan in there so the card doesn't melt to the motherboard lol

Every case should have a minimum of three fans.
2 exhaust fans blowing heat out the back of the case, and 1 fan blowing heat into the case from the front.

True, but i didn't know if it would be a good idea to upgrade them or not. I've been told yes and I've been told no. This is assuming that i don't plan on ocing it

so which card do you think is better? the asus EAH4890 or the Sapphire vapor-x? in a stock case no upgraded fans?

Both kick most of their heat outside the case via a rear exhaust vent.

I've checked but can't seem to find any data on the included case fans. Does that Asus Essentio come with any fans? If not, you certainly need some just to have them for adequate air flow; high end GPU or not.
