Power Supply to Cost Ratio

So I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section but I have a question regarding a power supply and system usage.

I have a low cost server running FreeNas, It has an AMD 6600k APU, forgot the mobo, 4gb 1333mhz ram, raid card, 4x1TB HDD, Corsair 430CXM.

Basically I was wondering if I were to run this server 24/7 for a month, how much would $$ be to power it. Like would I see a huge increase on my electricity bill or will it barely be noticeable?

I would get a high quality platinum power supply . The CXM series is cheap and has poor capacitors , I wouldn't run it 24/7.
