Hi, I am going to get a modular PSU, and I am trying to decide if this is a good fit for my computer.

i7-4790k
GTX 970 (FTW+) I am going to upgrade to sli eventually, so I hope this PSU works for it.
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK
16gb ram
240 gb Kingston Digital SSD
1 TB WDblue HDD

The PSU is a Sentey® Power Supply 750w 80 Plus Bronze Modular Mbp750-hm Metal Blade Power 750 Watts / 80 Plus Bronze / 120mm Sleeve Bearing Fan / Hybird Modular / Autoswitching 100-240 Voltage / Active PFC / Single +12v Rail / Certified Power Cord / 5 Years Warranty - Computer Power Supply - Desktop Power Supply - Modular Power Supply - Power Supply 750w - Power Supply Modular
Is this enough? Is it good? Please let me know.

Sentey makes some good stuff but I can't speak to the quality of that particular model. I'm going to go ahead and say you'd probably be just fine with a caveat, that being that if you choose the SLI, I'm betting you'll need more, especially if you intend to OC that CPU as well.

Again, you're probably fine but I wouldn't be comfortable with my own gear. I'd probably grab an 850W single rail unit from XFX or EVGA and sleep (more) soundly knowing I had a quality product. Better safe than sorry.

Now that one is known to have issues mainly with cheaper secondary capacitors. The Evga B2 is a better quality unit(tier 2) and it costs less.

That one looks pretty good, but what is the difference between modular and semi modular? Also, would it come with enough cables to power a 970, 4790k, optical drive, ssd, and hdd? I would prefer to not have to buy any extra, but will if i have to.

Modular means all of the cables are of the type that must be plugged into the PSU, allowing you to only plug in the cables you will use. Semi-modular is a logical offshoot. There are cables you will always use so what is the point of making those modular? Typically main power, P4/P8 are hardwired and the rest you plug in yourself as needed.
