Hello good people, I need a power supply so I can run my new graphics card.
There are two that I think stand out compared to the others.
Also, are all the PSU's the same? Are these two compatible with my specs? (Sorry, I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to PSU's.)
PC SPECIFICATIONS
Intel Pentium E5300 @ 2.6GHz
Socket 775 LGA
MSI 2A78h
2x512mb DDR2 RAM/Memory
Sapphire HD 5670 1GB GDDR5

Two power supply units;
First one:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-certified-Power-Supply-P1-550G-TS3X/dp/B00HW979AQ/ref=sr_1_4?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1443627598&sr=8-4&keywords=XFX+Power+Supply

Second one:
http://www.dabs.com/products/corsair-550w-vs550-vs-series-atx-power-supply-unit-cp-9020097-uk-B3LC.html?refs=11&src=3

Do they both support my specs?
Which is more durable and reliable?

Thank you in advance.

All PSU's are not the same, not even close their is some real garbage out there. The XFX is the best, its based on a very reliable seasonic platform and is widely known to be a very good psu for the money. The cosair VS i believe is a channel well product that uses some cheap Chinese capacitors that are known to prematurely fail from time to time.

Thank you but is it compatible because after i just checked now, it says the MSI 2A78H mainboard needs a micro ATX and them are not so? Can it still work? am I wrong?

M-ATX is a motherboard size, it has nothing to do with the ATX standard for the psu.
Measure the opening dimensions and length of your current psu opening and compare to either of your linked psu's.
Unless you have a unusual small form factor case, you should be good.
