Power supply upgrades

I have a Dell Inspiron 530 with a 350w power supply. Can the power supply be upgraded in this? Dell was hinting around that the PSU could not be upgraded. Any help wold be appreciated.

yes you can upgrade the power supply with another ATX power supply.
