I am building a gaming pc with Ryzen 3 1200 and gtx 1060 6gb everything is good until i came across about to the power supply, since im on a budget build im choosing two PSU Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze or Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 500W 80 Plus White which of them is a better choice?

Solution
I choose seasonic
i wont choose CM masterwatt because
1. It's only 80+ certified.
I don't use any PSU that isn't at least 80+ Bronze certified. With 80+ Bronze, you can be sure that PSU has some build quality in it. But it depends on PSU. Not all 80+ Bronze certified PSUs are worth using.

2. It's hold up time is lower than ATX standard of 16ms.
From the specs page, there can be read that it only has 11ms of hold-up time.

Solution
for reference 80+ etc. has nothing to do with build quality, only efficiency, nothing else.

With 80+ Bronze, you can be sure that PSU has some build quality in it.

It might be that they tend to have better quality, but this is more by luck than the design of the tests, it doesn't cover ripple, hold up voltages, protection, just efficiency.
