Power supply voltage and amp for a graphics card

Ok so i went down to tigerdirect and found the gtx 750ti which need a minimum of 400 watts and 12 volts and 20 amps. So my problem is when i got home to check if my power supply could handle it i had a bit of trouble. Its 500 watts yes but when i looked at the voltage and amps it said at 12v1 its 14a and at 12v2 its also 14a i went on the company website for my power supply and it said at 12v its 28a so im wondering do i have enough to get the graphics card here is the company website

No, don't. Thats not a good PSU. It will blow up. Get a new PSU, like Silverstone, Seasonic, XFX
