Power supply - wattage, noise, and availability

Currently putting together new build and a bit stuck when it comes to power supplies. I have followed the PSU tier list 2.0 as a start, but my choices are pretty limited here in Denmark.
Anyways, I have narrowed it down to Sea Sonic Platinum Series 760 and Corsair AX760i. (760 is the lowest wattage available for the corsair here)

Now the first thing that comes to mind are the relatively low wattage recommendations I see in other threads, is 760 overkill for something like a I7-5820K, GTX 970, one SSD and a couple of regular HDD? It seems it might be, but what component are the big power consumers and justify high wattage PSUs - just so I can future proof.

The second thing is more straight forward, or actually not. Which one is better? I am aware that they are both tier one platinum, which is nice, but I'm thinking more sceptical in the way of coil whine, extreme noise, or other odd issues. Any experience?

Solution
Hello Spaziba Njet,

1) A tier 1 650w is more than enough to power any rig with a single GPU. You start to really need 750w and up when you get into running multiple graphics cards. There's certainly no harm in getting a 750w+ PSU for your components, it just will be slightly overkill.

2) The big power consumer is the graphics card, the number and quailty of GPU's you have mostly dictates what PSU you need.

3) I have heard more complaints of coil whine from the Seasonic Platinum 760 series than from the Corsair. Between the two I would personally pick the Corsair AX760i.
