600W should do it. Side note, that CPU is WAAAAAAY overkill for a gaming rig, which is what I'm guessing this is since you've only added 16GB of RAM.

A quality 650W unit will be ideal. A quality 550W unit would also do, but I'd go 650W for some headroom. And make sure it's quality. Here's a Tier List http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

You ideally want a PSU with around 550W on the 12V rail if getting a 550W unit, or one with 650W on that rail in a 650W unit.

In the future if you want to SLi the GTX 980, I would go with a 1000W power supply, but get a decent quality one.

600w is plenty for the build if it is a quality psu. looking around partpicker this is a good one i see at a decent price even more power than needed but a good price.

A quality 850W unit would be ideal. Ignore pcpartpicker calculations, or any wattage calculators. 2 980Tis can draw over 600W on a stress test. Factor in everything else, an OC on the CPU and GPU, you're probably looking at 750W peak, but realistically when gaming more like 600W. But still, quality 850W for better positioning on the efficiency curve and safe room. 1000W you could also do, EVGA GQ 1000W can be found for $100 sometimes.
